I purchased my 1964 Ford Fairlane in 2010 from my brother Don, who lives in Michigan. The Fairlane is a Canadian-built car, from the Ford plant in Oakville, Ontario. The VIN number decoded reads: color black; red vinyl bench seat, 260 V8, 2-speed automatic transmission. Now the car has a new original red interior and a 289 V8 with a 4-speed transmission.
